The best tasting pizza ever! So simple to make and more nutritous too!
How to make the dough.
Takes 1 hour
Weigh 175g of flour place in a mixing bowl with 1/2 tsp fast action dried yeast.
Stir in ¼ tsp sugar and ½ tsp salt.
Slowly add 100ml warm water mixing to a soft dough
Knead for 5 mins
If you have time allow to prove for 35 mins in a warm place
Making the pizza
Heat the oven to 200℃
Roll and stretch the dough out very thinly
read on 60g tomato pasta over the base leaving an edge for the crust
Add the herbs and mozzarella
Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 mins
