How to video clips
To compliment Grow Cook Enjoy Children’s recipes we have created a series of ‘How To’ video clips. Our video clips give step by step instructions teaching each particular skill. Here are the links to the video clips to help children to learn a cooking skill. Children should always ask an adult before they start and have help with the oven and sharp objects.

Learning to grow and cook food is so much fun!
Our first book is aims to teach children how to grow and cook fantastic recipes. This fabulous little book is great fun and educates with essential life skills. By growing the ingredients, children get a real sense of where food comes from and learn the valuable lessons in planting, germination and how to nurturer. Above all children have the pleasure of harvesting their own food, this can be used in the great recipes that are designed especially with children in mind.
Every ingredient pollinated by bees is highlighted
By explaining how bees are important in food production our book gives children an incite into beekeeping with interesting bee facts.
This little Grow Cook Enjoy Children’s recipe book also contains a planting guide and gives advice on planting in small spaces so that children can create a space of their own to grow food.
