EASTER BAKING MASTERCLASS

Saturday 1st April, 1-4pm

Get into the holiday spirit with a fun and relaxed adult Easter baking workshop.

Jayne McGhee from Grow Cook Enjoy will lead a three-hour Masterclass making three different tasty treats.

Bakers will learn how to

* Make hot cross bun dough from scratch and craft into traditional hot cross buns

* Creative a decorative sweet Easter braid.

*  Make and bake delicious Seminal Muffins.

All ingredients and equipment will be provided. Your creations will go into a special oven at The Horton and be ready to take home and eat.

Please bring your own apron.

Three hour workshop includes a break for afternoon tea.  The Horton Café will be open from 9:15am to 4pm for refreshments. Lunch can also be pre-ordered on arrival if required.

This workshop is for adults and young people aged over 12.

*A £1.50 booking fee applies per ticket when booking online and in person. The booking fee covers costs charged to the charity for the booking system and payment processing.
