Ruff Oat Cookies

Ingredients

Makes 10 cookies

100g margarine

75g granulated sugar

75g porridge Oats

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

100g plain flour

1 tbsp golden syrup


How to Make

  • Preheat the oven to 180℃.

  • Cream the butter and sugar together.

  • Add the golden syrup.

  • Stir in the flour, oats, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda

  • Place small balls of mixture around the size of a walnut on a lined baking tray, flatten slightly

  • Bake for 8-10 mins

  • Allow to cool on the baking tray.
