Pecan and Salted Caramel Cookies
How to make
Place the melted butter in a bowl
Add both sugars, beat well with a wooden spoon.
Add the vanilla and egg.
Add the baking powder, salt and flour.
Chill for 30-40 mins.
Place a large spoon of the mix on a tray lined with baking paper 5 cm apart.
Smash the caramel in to pieces, break the pecans nuts in half arrange on top of the cookie dough mound.
Bake at 185℃ for 10-12 mins.
Allow to cool on baking tray before moving to a cooling rack.
