Perfect for Primary Aged Children

Margarita Pizza



Pizza Dough for 1 x 10 inch pizza

175g Strong white flour

½ tsp fast action dried yeast

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp sugar

1 tbsp oil

100ml warmwater

Topping 60g Tomato passata

60g Mozzarella

Basil

How to make the dough.

Takes 1 hour

  • Weigh 175g of flour place in a mixing bowl with 1/2 tsp fast action dried yeast.

  • Stir in ¼ tsp sugar and ½ tsp salt.

  • Slowly add 100ml warm water mixing to a soft dough

  • Knead for 5 mins

  • If you have time allow to prove for 35 mins in a warm place

    Making the pizza

  • Heat the oven to 200℃

  • Roll and stretch the dough out very thinly

  • read on 60g tomato pasta over the base leaving an  edge for the crust

  • Add the herbs and mozzarella

  • Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 mins

    Enjoy adding your favourite topping!
